Privacy policy

§1 General Regulations

  1. The data administrator is “DUBIŃSKI” Radosław Dubiński with headquarters in str. Gdańska 32, 83-110 Tczew. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of better acceptance of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by the term “You”, “Administrator” – “We.” The term “GDPR” means Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and  free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
  4. The personal data provided in the form on the site is treated as confidential and not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. It implies that if you sent a request via the contact form, we process your data as: name, surname, email address. If you have an Account on our site, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.
  2. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with the regulations of the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the Privacy Policy implemented,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the contents of the Agreement, change or resolve it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of a person.
  3. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object and lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.

  5. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of the need to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  6. The Service Provider has a right to share personal data of the User and his other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. The removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities than authorized under the applicable law.
  9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized or processed by us, with whom we work closely.

§3. Cookies

  1. The dubinski.com.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites. Collected information relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our sites to improve the functioning of the website, providing more efficient and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information applying the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the site. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his requirements. Remembering his preferences, cookies make it possible to match ads addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within the company “DUBIŃSKI” Radosław Dubiński to optimize operations.
  3. Our website uses the following cookies:
    1. “Necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the website;
    2. Cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
    3. “Functional” cookies, allowing “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region the user comes from, the size of the font, the appearance of the website, etc .;
    4. “Advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  4. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user expressly consent to this by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
